Cell Selection- Measure key parameters such as cell voltage, internal resistance, and capacity.
- Sort cells by performance grade to ensure consistent quality.

Module Assembly- Configure cells in series and parallel
to meet specified voltage and capacity. - Precisely align and connect cells according to design specifications.

Polarity Verification- Check polarity (+/–) using voltage testing after assembly.

Laser Welding (Bus-bar Bonding)- Use high-power lasers to bond tabs to bus bars or terminals with precision.

Final Inspection- Conduct comprehensive tests for electrical performance, insulation, and appearance.
